Serial Entrepreneur and technology leader with over a decade in healthcare start-ups, Parijat brings his diverse experiences in Banking, Healthcare and Technology to lead Equipo’s strategy and vision. Prior to founding Equipo Health, Parijat co-founded two other healthcare startups in the Sleep Disordered Breathing and in the Clinician Workflow automation space. Parijat has played key roles in ramping up initial customer base for early stage companies and scaling up to multimillion levels in the unique role of growth expert. A passionate problem solver, he is driven by the belief that we can solve many of the healthcare challenges by ‘teaming up’ resources. When not consumed with growing and operating innovation in Equipo, he works with school kids teaching them problem solving skills.
